Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- 1. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- 2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- 3. Customized or special-order (pre-order) items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- 1. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the issue.
- 2. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Refund Process
- 1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- 2. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days, via the original payment method used for the purchase.
